• If your female dog has not been spayed and is in season (on her girly weeks) please delay her groom until she has finished as we will send her home if she is still in season. It usually lasts between 2-4 weeks and happens every 5-7 months.

• If your dog has just been spayed/neutered or had any type of surgery please give them time to recover and heal as we cannot groom a dog with stitches.

• If your dog is pregnant.

• If your dog has fleas, this is a vet treatment and the vet must either give them the all clear of fleas or you must know that they no longer have them.  Please see Flea Policy

If we find your dog has fleas upon arrival we will send them home and they will not be groomed that day, you will lose your deposit and have to pay full price for the groom.
