Cancellation Policy
We do require a £15 deposit for your appointment.
It is completely refundable whenever you choose for any reason unless you do not turn up or cancel within 2 WORKING days (Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm) We will keep this deposit and you will have to pay another if you want to book another appointment.
Without a deposit, you cannot make an appointment.
We do not swap Grooming appointments for small services.
This is for regular customers and new customers that want to/already are booking regularly, If for some reason you do not want to continue your grooming experience with us, you can ask for this deposit holding fee back.
